Reporting Repeat Business without new referral

Is there a way to report business won without a new referral?
Example: I send my groups CPA a referral for "John Smith" who needs taxes done. John Smith then hires my CPA every year to do his taxes. I am not going to remember to put in all those referrals but can the CPA still track business that I sent him so that it gets recorded for the group and recorded for me personally?
Also, is there a way to track business for someone who is not on the Chamberforge app? Maybe a visitor comes to the group and hires me to do a job. They are not part of the group or have the app but since they came to visit the group I should be able to track that as business won to the group.

Here is what we have done in my group. For "repeat" business for the same person, we just have them go back to the initial referral and then add in additional "Revenue Received" to that same referral. It will show up as comulative on the main page and yet, when you do a report and check any $$ statistics, it will show up for the time frame of when the money was entered. Does this make sense? As for tracking business for someone NOT on the CF App. I have recommended that this be a feature, as it will show strength of the group. You CAN add them as a "contact" in your own system. This way you can see who you are referring to. This can also have them sign up for chamberforge on their own (I think when you add them, they get a notice to set up an account). This is FREE for that person to join and use the features of CF. The only thing in my understanding that does NOT "work" (per se) is that there are no "reports" since you and this other person are not part of a "group" and thus I think reports are not available. Though for the value of knowing who your referral partners ARE... this is an easy and free way to connect with them and not need to have them in your "group" per se. This (I think) could also be used if a person leaves your group and you still want to refer to them. They SHOULD be in your "contacts" and thus you can send them referrals and they will get the emails and updates about that referral. I hope this helps.
