Can I move a member from one chapter to another chapter?Is there a way for a member to add a photo on the app or does it have to be done on a desktop?
How can a member see members contact in other chapters and give them a referral?

Hi Jimmy,
There is no "Move" feature but you can remove a member from one chapter and then re-add in another chapter.
At the moment, if you are using iPhone, it does not let you add photo. We are aware and are planning to add it shortly.

On the Members page, there is a checkbox to see all members from other chapters. It is called "Show entire organization members". Once that is checked, the member listing will refresh to include cross chapters.
When giving a referral, you can start typing the other person's name and it will show up in the available list to choose even if they are in a different chapter.
