v2.11 released with improvement with referral tracking and auto meeting creation
• Report referral to the second group if referral receiver is from another group within an organization• Fixed bug where speaker field on the meeting edit screen could not be removed
• Added "Check All" checkbox on the member attendance update screen
• Added a checkbox to group meeting settings screen to skip auto-create meeting on the 5th week when the group meets bi-weekly starting on the 1st week of each month
