Meeting reminder e-mails will be going out
Hello,We just rolled out a new feature that will send out meeting reminder e-mails. If you have a meeting coming up within 24 hours, the system will automatically send out an e-mail to all members, reminding them of the upcoming meeting.
It will also include upcoming meetings up to 4 meetings out.
The reminder email will include date, location, meeting link (if online meeting), speakers, and description.
Below is a sample email:
Hi Seong Bae,
This is a friendly reminder that you have a meeting coming up tomorrow.

Title: Biweekly meeting for February 11, 2022
Location: Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Metro Center Drive, Reston, VA, USA
