Better track cross-group referrals and 1-to-1s
It was brought to our attention that when reporting cross-group/chapter referrals, the activity is only being reported to the group to which the reporting member belongs to but not the group to which the receiver belongs to.For example, if Mary belongs to group A and Sue belongs to group B and both group A and B are in the same organization, and Mary sends a referral to Sue, it is reported to group A but not B.
We believe that group B should be able to track their members receiving referrals from other groups as long as they are in the same organization. To fix this, we will make an update so that referrals can be reported to up to two groups.
We expect this update to be available within next week or two.
